In our daily lives, we come across food that contains Nutrition Enhancer. For example, vitamin enhancers in confectionery and vitamin and mineral boosters in baby formula. Food manufacturers should have a thorough awareness of nutrition enhancer requirements, laws, and announcements. Nutrients, either natural or synthetic, that are added to food items to enhance their nutritional worth. The additional amount, not the quantity in the finished product, determines whether a nutrition enhancer's dose meets the GB criteria. In GB 14880-2012, the requirement for the quantity of nutrition enhancers corresponds to the actual quantity applied during manufacture.
